Multi-Tank Water Level Controller — Custom Wired System

Custom wired multi-tank water level controller. This system is designed for sites where one or more water-supply pumps serve several storage tanks. The final configuration depends on the number of tanks, pumps, valves, sensors and the site wiring.

When to use a multi-tank controller

• Several storage tanks share a limited number of supply pumps
• Each tank needs individual level sensing
• The pump must start when a tank requires water and stop when the required tanks are full
• The installation needs feedback for float-switch, solenoid-valve or cable faults

How the wired control system works

Each tank uses its own sensor arrangement. The controller receives tank-level feedback, operates the water-supply pump and controls the connected filling arrangement. High-level feedback is used to stop filling when the required tank level is reached.

This product uses a wired control arrangement. The existing design uses a 3V DC float-sensor circuit and includes dry-run, overload and voltage protection functions.
