MOM-W Single Phase Monoblock Pump Starter with Indicator & MCB is designed for 0.5–3 HP single phase monoblock (Tullu) pump variants. It combines pump operation controls with dry-run, overload and voltage protection.

Which application is this model for?

Choose this model when you need tank-level visibility without automatic tank-filling control. MOM-W combines Water Level Indicator and MCB; it is not an automatic Water Level Controller.

What makes MOM-W different?

MOM-W combines tank-status monitoring with an inbuilt MCB. The Water Level Indicator reports the float-switch state, while the MCB protects the panel circuit; neither feature is an automatic Water Level Controller. Cyclic Timer and motor protection are included, but Clock Timer scheduling is not.

• Motor monitoring: dual digital display for voltage and current, plus motor-on and fault indications for troubleshooting.
• Motor records: fault counter and total run-time counter to support maintenance tracking.
• Water Level Indicator: shows tank status from the supplied cable float switch. An indicator model does not automatically control tank filling unless a Water Level Controller is also included.
• Motor protection: overvoltage, undervoltage, overload and dry-run protection; check settings and the water source after a trip.
• MCB: adds short-circuit protection for the panel circuit and wiring; have an electrician verify the correct rating.
• Timer control: Cyclic Timer for repeating on/off cycles and Auto-Off Stop Timer for limiting a selected run duration.
• Auto Switch: manages pump operation according to the configured settings when healthy supply returns.
• Restart control: Power-On Auto-Start delay and programmable dry-run retry to manage restart timing after supply or water-source recovery.
• Construction: powder-coated metal enclosure, FRLS internal wiring and a serviceable terminal layout.

Options are available for 0.5, 0.75, 1, 1.5, 2 and 3 HP pumps. Match the selected variant to the pump nameplate. Before ordering, confirm the power supply, full-load current, cable size and starter settings with a qualified electrician.

Installation and operating notes

• Install the panel in a dry, ventilated location and provide proper earthing.
• Set voltage, current, dry-run and timer parameters for the connected pump; factory/default values may not suit every installation.
• Water-level functions depend on correct float-switch placement and wiring.
• After a protection trip, identify and correct the cause before restarting the pump.
