यह model कब चुनें?

यह model तब चुनें जब single phase Monoblock (Tullu) pump से overhead tank filling अपने-आप control करनी हो। MOA-T में automatic Water Level Controller के साथ Clock Timer और Cyclic Timer दोनों मिलते हैं।

MOA-T में क्या अलग है?

MOA-T में दो अलग controls हैं: tank demand के लिए Water Level Controller और time-of-day schedule के लिए Clock Timer। Cyclic Timer और motor protection भी हैं। इसमें MCB नहीं है। Level-based और scheduled control दोनों चाहिए हों और settings साथ में commission की जा सकें, तभी यह model चुनें।

• Motor monitoring: dual digital display पर voltage और current देख सकते हैं; motor-on और fault indication troubleshooting में मदद करते हैं।
• Motor records: fault counter और total run-time counter maintenance history समझने में मदद करते हैं।
• Water Level Controller: supplied cable float switch के signal के आधार पर low level पर pump start और full level पर stop करता है।

• Clock Timer: time-of-day schedule set करने के लिए; Cyclic Timer से इसका काम अलग है।
• Motor protection: overvoltage, undervoltage, overload और dry-run protection; trip के बाद settings और water source check करें।
• Timer control: Cyclic Timer repeat on/off cycles चलाता है; Auto-Off Stop Timer selected run duration के बाद pump बंद कर सकता है।
• Restart control: Power-On Auto-Start delay और programmable dry-run retry supply या water source वापस आने के बाद restart timing manage करते हैं।
• Construction: powder-coated metal enclosure, FRLS internal wiring और serviceable terminal layout।

सही HP variant कैसे चुनें?

0.5, 0.75, 1, 1.5, 2 और 3 HP options उपलब्ध हैं। चुना गया variant pump nameplate से match होना चाहिए। Order करने से पहले power supply, full-load current, cable size और starter settings qualified electrician से verify कराएं।

Installation और उपयोग

• Panel को सूखी और ventilated जगह पर लगाएं और proper earthing करें।
