Shipping charges

Free shipping across India on every order. We do not charge any shipping fee, handling fee or cash-on-delivery fee — the total shown at checkout is the total you pay.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days from the date of the order and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 15 to 20 working days from the date of the order, subject to courier company and post office norms. Shipments are sent through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.

Delivery address

Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure the address and phone number are complete and correct — a shipment cannot be redirected once it has been handed over to the courier.

Delays

VUKAR is not liable for delays caused by the courier company or postal authority, or by circumstances outside our control.
