Before you call about a fault
Keeping these four things ready lets our technician diagnose the problem on the first call instead of the second:
- The exact model number printed on the panel label — for example OPA-B, TPB-H, DEV-K4, DM-TP-CYC-96.
- Single phase or three phase supply.
- Motor HP and pump type — borewell submersible, openwell, or monoblock (tullu).
- The code shown on the display, and what the pump was doing just before it tripped.
You may not need to call at all
