Fault के बारे में call करने से पहले
ये चार details तैयार रखने से technician पहली call में problem समझ सकता है:
- Panel label पर exact model number — जैसे OPA-B, TPB-H, DEV-K4, DM-TP-CYC-96.
- Single Phase या Three Phase supply.
- Motor HP और pump type — borewell submersible, openwell या monoblock (tullu).
- Display पर दिख रहा code और trip से ठीक पहले pump क्या कर रहा था।
हो सकता है call की जरूरत न पड़े
- Fault codes FOL, FDR, HIU, LOU, SPP समझें — हर code का meaning और safe reset.
- Product Manual — हर model की parameter table और wiring.
