थ्री फेज DOL स्टार्टर with Water Level Indicator & MCB – TPM-W

VUKAR TPM-W एक थ्री फेज DOL स्टार्टर पैनल है, जिसमें 10 HP तक के pump के लिए auto switch, built-in MCB, cyclic timer, water level indicator और cable float switch मिलता है। इसमें dry-run, overload, voltage और phase protection भी है।
मुख्य Features
Fault Display Indication
Common motor faults display पर दिखते हैं, जिससे troubleshooting आसान होती है।
Motor Fault Counter
Motor faults की count save होती है, जिससे बार-बार आने वाली problem पहचानी जा सकती है।
Motor Total Run-Time Counter
Motor के total running hours record होते हैं, जो maintenance planning में मदद करते हैं।
Motor-On and Fault Indication
Motor ON status और fault status का clear indication मिलता है।
Water Level Indicator
Tank का water level status साफ दिखता है।
Overvoltage और Undervoltage Protection
Supply voltage configured safe range से बाहर जाने पर pump disconnect हो जाता है।
Overload और Dry-Run Protection
Overload या dry-run condition में motor stop होता है, जिससे damage का risk कम होता है।
Single-Phase Preventer और Phase-Sequence Detection
Phase loss और गलत phase sequence से protection मिलता है।
Overload Safety Lockout
Overload के बाद manual reset होने तक system stopped रहता है।
Auto-Off Stop Timer
Configured running time पूरा होने पर pump automatically stop हो जाता है।
Power-On Auto-Start Timer
Power वापस आने पर pump start होने से पहले configured delay मिलता है।
Built-In Auto Switch
Healthy three-phase power मिलने पर pump automatically start हो सकता है।
Cyclic Timer
Configured schedule के हिसाब से repeated ON/OFF cycles चलते हैं।
Programmable Auto-Restart Dry-Run Timer
Dry run पर pump stop होता है और configured recovery delay के बाद restart try करता है।
Timer Power-Failure Recovery
Power interruption के बाद programmed timer cycle restore होता है।
