Three phase digital DOL water level control panel for Openwell / Monoclock pump has dry run protection, motor overload protection, single phase preventer, phase sequence detector and water level controller with float switch sensor for Openwell / Monoclock pump. Water level pump controller is designed for three phase openwell / monoblock submersible pump to operate as per the level of water in tank using the float switch.
- [FULLY AUTOMATIC OPERATION] Motor will turn ON and OFF as per the water level in the upper tank. When the water gets empty in Sump, the motor will automatically stop. When sump is not available, users can bypass the Sump function.
- [INCLUDES CABLE FLOAT SWITCH] Water level control panel includes the cable float switch sensor as a water level sensor.
- [100% SAFE & SHOCKPROOF] Water level sensor operates in +3V DC voltage. In case of sensor failure, there is no chance for the leakage of current. It is 100% safe to use in any water tank.
- [MOTOR OVERLOAD PROTECTION] Water level control panel has inbuilt overload protection to protect the motor. Users can set the overload setting as per motor rating.
- [DRY RUN PROTECTION] Water level control panel has inbuilt dry run protection to protect the motor. Users can set the dry run setting as per motor rating.
- [DIGITAL DISPLAY] Water level pump controller has a dual display. It displays voltage, ampere, timer and fault of the motor.
- [VOLTAGE PROTECTION] It has an inbuilt voltage protection device. Motor will turn off when the supply voltage is not within the range of overvoltage and undervoltage set by the user. It protects the motor from voltage fluctuation.
- [ISI WIRING] This Water level pump controller panel uses the lug based ISI wiring. Ampere capacity of the wires used is 2x capacity of the rated ampere. ISI standard wires are recommended to use with the rated amperage as per HP rating of the motor. It is necessary to use the lug wiring with the power wiring for water pump application to ensure the long life of the motor.
- [USE OF TRANSFORMER COIL] It has inbuilt heavy quality transformer coil. Transformer coil isolates the main input power to the control unit. This increases the reliability, safety and life cycle of the control unit.
- [ELECTRIC CONTACTOR] Electric contactor is used to isolate the input power and motor connections. Ampere rating of the electrical point of the contactor is 2x capacity of the rated ampere.
- [SINGLE PHASE PREVENTER] Water level pump controller has inbuilt single phase prevent. It detects the phase loss condition and stops the motor immediately.
- [PHASE SEQUENCE DETECTOR] It detects the sequence of the R,Y,B phase. When the power cables are not connected properly or when phase sequence changes, it protects the motor.
- [POWDER COATED METAL ENCLOSURE] Water level pump controller has a shockproof heavy duty powder coated metal enclosure. Powder coated metal enclosures ensure the product should be delivered to the customer without any physical damage to the customer.
