TPB-T product videos

TPB-T: front panel. Water-level control with clock and cyclic timers.

TPB-T: panel and float-switch input. Use the supplied model guide for the selected panel and motor.

Match the motor rating and supply. Use the model wiring guide and a qualified electrician.

TPB-T is designed for a compatible three phase borewell submersible installation and combines automatic tank-level control with clock and cyclic timing with motor protection. This makes its function package easy to match to the way you want the pump to operate. Start with the pump type and supply, then select the motor-rating option from the product details.

The listed TPB-T range is up to 10 HP, with the individual option selected for the motor nameplate. Matching HP, operating current and the three phase supply gives the installer the right basis for wiring and protection setup. Use your motor details alongside the product options when choosing the variant.

TPB-T includes both Clock Timer and Cyclic Timer functions. Clock timing supports chosen times of day, while cyclic timing supports repeated ON/OFF intervals. Decide which pattern fits your pumping plan and have the selected mode configured for that requirement.

Compare timer types

TPB-T combines tank-demand control with clock and cyclic timing. The level input handles tank demand, while the selected timer mode provides the timing pattern for the borewell submersible installation. Describe your desired filling and schedule together so the installer can configure the functions as one operating plan.

Use the sensor arrangement and controller connections specified for TPB-T. Correct positioning lets the controller respond to the tank conditions you want it to detect. During commissioning, test the input response and pump operation together using the supplied model diagram.

TPB-T offers automatic tank-level control with clock and cyclic timing, while TPB-H offers automatic tank-level control, cyclic timing and an inbuilt MCB. Compare those functions with the timed-operation, tank-filling or MCB requirement at your site. Open the related model details and match the pump application, supply and motor variant before making the choice.

TPB-T includes Clock Timer and Cyclic Timer functions for the pumping schedule. Plan the required operating times, running duration and power-on start delay, then confirm how the selected mode handles an interrupted run. Having those settings agreed during commissioning gives you a clear operating plan for unattended schedules.

TPB-T lists a dry-run restart function with a configured delay before another attempt. That provides a planned waiting interval after a dry-run stop in the borewell submersible installation. Choose the interval for the actual source, follow the model’s operating and reset procedure, and check water availability and the fault condition if stops recur.

Fault meanings and safe next steps

TPB-T’s total running hours remain saved across days and power cuts. Recording the reading at service visits lets you calculate operating hours between valid readings for the same motor and counter. Keep the model, date and work done in the service record, and use the pump manufacturer’s maintenance guidance when planning the next visit.

Use a running-hours service record

Have a qualified electrician match the three phase supply, motor rating and model wiring to the selected TPB-T variant. Check the tank-level inputs and their positions, then test the filling response. Keep the supplied diagram and agreed settings with the panel so future operation and service start from the correct model information.
