Water level control ધરાવતું borewell pump starter tank ભરવાનું કામ automatic કરી શકે છે, પરંતુ level control અને electrical protection અલગ functions છે. Panelને actual pump, supply અને પાણીના source પ્રમાણે પસંદ કરો. Automatic controller સતત પાણી મળવાની કે દરેક motor fault સામે રક્ષણની guarantee આપતું નથી.
Water Level Controllers કેવી રીતે કામ કરે છે
Tank-level sensingથી controllerને ખબર પડે છે કે પાણી ભરાતા tankમાં પાણી જોઈએ છે કે નહીં. તેનો અર્થ એવો નથી કે તે ઊંડા borewellનું પાણી માપે છે. Exact modelની sensing પદ્ધતિ અને wiring diagram જુઓ. ઉદાહરણ તરીકે BOA-Cની product specificationમાં tank control માટે cable float switch અને current-based dry-run protection છે; આ અલગ inputs અને functions છે.
Timer અને borewell recovery
Cyclic timer નક્કી કરેલા ON/OFF periods પ્રમાણે ચાલે છે. Dry-run restart timer, જ્યાં આપેલો હોય, dry-run trip પછી બીજી startને delay કરે છે. સમય પસાર થવાથી કે ON/OFF displayથી borewellમાં પાણી પાછું આવ્યું છે એવું સાબિત થતું નથી. Timer tank-full controlને override કરે છે, પોતે પાણી detect કરે છે કે sensorને હંમેશાં priority આપે છે એવું ન માનો. Auto mode પહેલાં exact modelની sequence, stop conditions અને restart behaviour સમજો.
Motor protection અને starting components
Overload, voltage, phase અને dry-run protection exact panel અને supply type પર આધારિત છે. Single-phase અને three-phase functions એકસરખા નથી. Device જે conditions detect કરવા માટે બનાવેલું અને set કરેલું હોય તેના માટે જ trip કામ કરે છે; motor damage નહીં થાય એવી guarantee નથી. Electrician પાસે contactor duty, current rating, overload range અને બીજા protective devices motor તથા supply સાથે match કરાવો. દરેક panelની capacity છ ગણા currentની કે ચોક્કસ starting torqueની છે એવું ન માનો.
Digital display અને operating modes
Model પ્રમાણે displayમાં current, voltage, run time કે fault દેખાય શકે છે. Run-time counter પાણીનું sensor નથી અને display પોતે protection આપતું નથી. Support માટે exact fault code અને તે સમયની conditions નોંધો. Manual કે Auto પસંદ કરતાં પહેલાં કયા controls active રહે છે અને supply પાછી આવતાં કે fault recovery પછી pump આપમેળે start થાય છે કે નહીં તે સમજો.
Installation અને commissioning
અનુભવ વગરના વ્યક્તિએ installation ન કરવું. Qualified electrician exact model instructions પ્રમાણે કામ કરે, supply safely isolate કરીને de-energized હોવાની ખાતરી કરે અને motor compatibility, earthing, circuit protection, cable તથા sensor wiring તપાસે. Commissioningમાં float/sensorની position, tank-full stop અને documented protection/restart behaviour test કરો. Live panel ન ખોલો અને motor ચલાવવા trip bypass ન કરો. Remote support સલામત on-site electrical workનો વિકલ્પ નથી.
Technical support અને model selection
ખરીદી પહેલાં motor nameplate, phase, voltage, HP, rated current, pump type અને tank/source arrangement આપો. કયા protection functions છે, fault કેવી રીતે detect થાય છે અને કયા settings કે sensors જરૂરી છે તે પૂછો. Timer behaviour, float-switch compatibility, enclosure, installation instructions અને supportની માહિતી confirm કરો. માત્ર price કે દરેક fault સામે protectionના દાવાને બદલે documented features compare કરો.
નિષ્કર્ષ
Tank ભરવા માટે water level control અને actual electrical installation માટે motor protection પસંદ કરો. દેખરેખ વગર ચલાવતાં પહેલાં exact variant અને commissioning verify કરો. જૂના illustrations અને સાથેનો video model examples છે; દરેક panelમાં બતાવેલા બધા functions છે તેનો proof નથી. Illustration અને current model instructionsમાં ફરક હોય તો ઉપયોગ પહેલાં clarification લો.
