આખી protection system તપાસો
Motor protection relay સામાન્ય રીતે control circuit દ્વારા trip signal આપે છે. તે આપમેળે contactor, circuit breaker, safe isolation કે આખા starter panelની જગ્યા લેતું નથી. કોઈ component બદલતાં પહેલાં electrician આખી coordinated installation તપાસે.

Failed motor maintenance reportની એક line નથી, આખું crisis છે. Machinery અટકવાનો અવાજ, ખાલી બેઠેલા workers અને બગડેલું raw material—બધું સાથે આવે છે.
તે companyની bottom line પર સીધી અસર કરે છે અને તમારા department performance પર પણ. એ silenceની financial અને professional cost બહુ મોટી છે.
Protection functions અને તેમની limits
Three-phase-powered device કે panelમાં documented phase-loss, phase-sequence અને phase-unbalance functions તથા તેમની limits confirm કરો. દરેક digital relayમાં આ હોય એવું ન માનો. સાચી motor અને supply સાથે trip તથા recovery behaviourનું commissioning કરો.
Selected modelમાં સાચાં display, fault codes અને history features તપાસો. Fault indication detect થયેલી condition બતાવે છે, જરૂરી નથી કે તેનું root cause પણ બતાવે. Logging capacity અને response time manualમાંથી લો, ફક્ત “digital” શબ્દ પરથી નહીં.
Exact models અને documented functions compare કરો
દરેક shortlisted model માટે motor-duty અને current ratings; overload, voltage તથા phase functions; dry-run sensing method; timer/restart; display; enclosure; accessories; written warranty અને તારીખ સાથે total price નોંધો. જે function નથી કે documented નથી તે સ્પષ્ટ લખો. ફક્ત digital કે mechanical નામથી protection અને reliability નક્કી થતી નથી.

આખી protection system તપાસો
Order પહેલાં motor nameplateમાંથી phase, voltage, HP/kW અને rated current નોંધો. Panel, contactor duty, overload adjustment range અને enclosure તે motor અને installation સાથે match કરો. માત્ર HPથી compatibility confirm થતી નથી.
સંપૂર્ણ 3-Phase Protection verify કરો
