3 Phase Digital Auto Switch with Motor Safety & Timer (2HP to 100HP)

3 phase auto switch has dry run protection, motor overload protection, single phase preventer, phase sequence detector, power on auto start functionalities, undervoltage protection and overvoltage protection for openwell / monoblock (tullu) / borewell submersible pump. Three phase digital auto switch is designed for three phase openwell / monoblock (tullu) / borewell submersible pump to operate as per the timer functionalities and provides the motor safety features.

Three phase digital auto switch can operates with 2HP to 100HP pump.

• [Fully automatic operation] Motor will turn ON when power resumes. Power ON auto start function is available.
  

• [Cyclic Timer] It has inbuilt cyclic timer to turn ON and OFF the motor as per timer.
  

• [Borewell Recharge Timer] When water in the borewell is empty, it will stop the motor automatically. When the borewell recharges, the motor will start automatically based on the borewell recharge timer.
  

• [Motor overload protection] It has inbuilt overload protection to protect the motor. Users can set the overload setting as per motor rating.
  

• [Motor dry run protection] It has inbuilt motor protection device. It has dry run protection to protect the motor. Users can set the dry run setting as per motor rating.
  

• [Voltage protection] It has an inbuilt voltage protection device. Motor will turn off when the supply voltage is not within the range of overvoltage and undervoltage set by the user. It protects the motor from voltage fluctuation.
  

• [Digital display] It has a dual display. It displays voltage, ampere, timer and fault of the motor.
  

• [Single phase preventer] It has inbuilt single phase prevent. It detects the phase loss condition and stops the motor immediately.
  

• [Phase sequence detector] It detects the sequence of the R,Y,B phase. When the power cables are not connected properly or when phase sequence changes, it protects the motor.
  

• [Compatible starter panel] It can be attached to any motor with contactor panel or it can be attached with the motor starter panel which has Green (On) & Red (Off) push buttons.
  

• [Compatible starter panel] It can be attached to three phase openwell, monoblock or borewell (DOL or Fully automatic star delta) starter panel.
  

• [Use of transformer coil] It has inbuilt heavy quality transformer coil. Transformer coil isolates the main input power to the control unit. This increases the reliability, safety and life cycle of the control unit.
