સ્ક્રીનીંગ કેવી રીતે કાર્ય કરે છે

Single-phase current (A) = kVA × 1000 ÷ V. Three-phase current (A) = kVA × 1000 ÷ (√3 × line-to-line V). Planned kWને entered power factorથી divide કરીને kVA મળે છે. કોઈ diversity factor assume કરાતો નથી.

જટિલ મર્યાદા

માત્ર અંકગણિત સ્ક્રીનીંગ - અંતિમ transformer પસંદગી નથી. તે કંડક્ટર, બ્રેકર્સ, રિલે અથવા સંરક્ષણ સેટિંગ્સ નક્કી કરતું નથી. Motor શરૂઆત, હાર્મોનિક્સ, તાપમાન, ઊંચાઈ, ફરજ ચક્ર અને ભાવિ વૃદ્ધિ માટે યોગ્ય સમીક્ષાની જરૂર છે.

આ screener transformer kVA, power factor, existing demand અને planned additional loadથી Transformer Loading તથા possible Expansion Headroom review કરવામાં મદદ કરે છે. Screening comparison meaningful રાખવા current project values વાપરો અને units consistent રાખો.

શું enter કરવું

Transformerની kVA rating અને applicable power factor confirm કરો. ઉપલબ્ધ હોય તો measured અથવા otherwise verified existing demand વાપરો, પછી screenerમાં માંગેલ planned additional load enter કરો. Actual fields અને calculations template નિયંત્રિત કરે છે; આ supporting copy તેના labels, formulas અથવા result logicને બદલતી નથી.

Screening result કેવી રીતે સમજવું

Loading અને Headroom outputsને early planning screen માનો, વધુ load connect કરવાની approval નહીં. Simple headroom figure એકલું load profile, starting demand, harmonics, imbalance, temperature, transformer condition, protection અથવા network constraintsને account કરતું નથી.

Load વધારતાં પહેલાં

Transformer nameplate, actual demand history, planned equipment અને operating conditions verify કરો. Purchase, installation અથવા energisation પહેલાં utility, transformer owner અથવા qualified electrical engineer પાસે capacity, protection અને connection requirements confirm કરાવો.
