3 Phase Submersible Motor Starterની મૂળભૂત માહિતી

Three-phase submersible motor starter supply અને motor વચ્ચેનું connection control કરે છે. Protection functions તે modelના components અને settings પર આધારિત છે. દરેક starter soft starter, voltage regulator કે energy-saving device નથી. માત્ર HPથી નહીં, pump motor અને installation સાથે match કરીને પસંદ કરો.

3 Phase Submersible Startersના પ્રકાર

Direct-On-Line (DOL) starter start સમયે સંપૂર્ણ supply voltage આપે છે; starting current ઓછો કરતું નથી. DOL માટે 7.5 HPની કોઈ universal મર્યાદા નથી. Motor, load, starter rating અને supply conditions પ્રમાણે suitability નક્કી થાય છે. Star-deltaનું circuit અલગ છે અને compatible motor winding arrangement, accessible terminals તથા suitable load જરૂરી છે. તેમાં starting voltage અને torque ઓછા થાય છે; માત્ર વધુ HP હોવાથી DOLને બદલે star-delta ન પસંદ કરો.

3 Phase Submersible Motor Starterનું size કેવી રીતે પસંદ કરવું

Installerને motor nameplate voltage, frequency, phase, HP/kW અને rated current સાથે pump application, cable route અને starting frequency આપો. Panelનું manufacturer motor-duty rating, contactor utilization category, overload adjustment range, control voltage અને installation environment match કરાવો. Motor currentના 125% પસંદ કરવા એ સંપૂર્ણ starter-sizing method નથી. Overload selection અને setting motor તથા protection-device instructions પ્રમાણે કરો; વારંવાર trip બંધ કરવા setting વધારવી યોગ્ય ઉકેલ નથી.

Protection functions અને componentsની તપાસ

Exact variantમાં overload, phase-loss, voltage અને dry-runમાંથી કયા functions છે તે તપાસો. Short-circuit protection, earthing અને જરૂરી additional protective devices આખી installation પ્રમાણે નક્કી થવા જોઈએ. Overload relay, contactor અને circuit breakerના કામ અલગ છે; એક આપમેળે બીજાનો વિકલ્પ નથી. Trip detect થયેલી conditionનું risk ઓછું કરી શકે છે, પરંતુ motor ક્યારેય નહીં બળે એવી guarantee નથી. બધા products એકસરખા certified છે એવું માનવાને બદલે specific modelના conformity documents માગો.

3 Phase Submersible Starterની Wiring અને Connection

આ guide terminal-by-terminal wiring instruction નથી. Qualified electrician exact panel અને motor diagrams પ્રમાણે કામ કરે, supply safely isolate કરીને de-energized હોવાની તપાસ કરે અને earthing, cable, phase sequence, control supply તથા protection coordination check કરે. Actual pump સાથે commissioning કરો. Power cut કે fault પછી stop અને automatic restart behaviour confirm કરો. Auto/Off button safe electrical isolationનો વિકલ્પ નથી.

Applications અને optional automation

Suitable pumps સાથે three-phase starters irrigation, building water supply અને અન્ય pumping કામોમાં વપરાય છે. માત્ર panel હોવાથી pump chemicals, sewage કે ચોક્કસ water source માટે suitable થઈ જતું નથી. Tank-level control, cyclic timer, dry-run detection અને remote monitoring અલગ, model-dependent features છે. જરૂરી sensors અને wiring confirm કરો. Basic DOL starter પોતે running energy ઓછી કરતું નથી. Savings actual pumping અને બિનજરૂરી runtime ઘટવા પર આધારિત છે; ચોક્કસ percentageની guarantee નથી.

Maintenance અને Troubleshooting

Panel ખોલ્યા વગર displayનો fault code, અસામાન્ય behaviour અને stop સમયે conditions નોંધો. ધુમાડો, બળવાની ગંધ, દેખાતું damage કે વારંવાર trip થાય તો ઉપયોગ બંધ કરીને qualified help લો. Internal inspection, electrical measurements અને protection tests qualified electrician safe isolation તથા manufacturer instructions પ્રમાણે કરે. વારંવાર reset, protection bypass કે setting બદલવાને motor/supply faultનું repair ન માનો.
