Water Level Controller Starter Panel (वाटर लेवल स्टार्टर पेनल)

Digital water level controller starter panel board has dry run protection, motor overload protection, voltage protection and floating switch for water tank. Water level pump controller is designed for AC water pump.

डिजिटल वॉटर लेवल कंट्रोलर स्टार्टर पेनल बोर्ड में पानी की टंकी में पानी ख़तम होने पे मोटर आटोमेटिक स्टार्ट हो जाएगी और पानी की टंकी में पानी फुल हो जाने पे मोटर आटोमेटिक बंद हो जाएगी। इसके आलावा ये स्टार्टर पेनल में ड्राई रन प्रोटेक्शन, मोटर ओवरलोड प्रोटेक्शन, वोल्टेज प्रोटेक्शन और पानी की टंकी के लिए फ्लोटिंग स्विच है।

• [FULLY AUTOMATIC OPERATION] Motor will turn ON and OFF as per the water level in the upper tank. When the water gets empty in Borewell, the motor will automatically stop.
• पानी की टंकी में पानी के स्तर के अनुसार मोटर चालू और बंद होगी। बोरवेल में पानी खाली होने पर भी मोटर अपने आप बंद हो जाएगी।

• [INCLUDES CABLE FLOAT SWITCH] Water level control panel board includes the cable float switch sensor as a water level sensor.

• [100% SAFE & SHOCKPROOF] Water level sensor operates in +3V DC voltage. In case of sensor failure, there is no chance for the leakage of current. It is 100% safe to use in any water tank.
• वाटर लेवल सेंसर +3V DC वोल्टेज में काम करता है। सेंसर में किसी भी तरह की खराबी आने पे करंट लगने की कोई संभावना नहीं है। किसी भी तरह पानी की टंकी में इसका उपयोग करना 100% सुरक्षित है।

• [MOTOR OVERLOAD PROTECTION] Water level pump controller has inbuilt motor overload protection to protect the motor. Users can set the overload setting as per motor rating.
• डिजिटल वॉटर लेवल कंट्रोलर स्टार्टर पेनल में मोटर की सुरक्षा के लिए इनबिल्ट मोटर ओवरलोड सुरक्षा होती है। उपयोगकर्ता मोटर रेटिंग के अनुसार ओवरलोड सेटिंग सेट कर सकते हैं।

• [DRY RUN PROTECTION] Water level control panel board has inbuilt dry run protection to protect the motor. Users can set the dry run setting as per motor rating.
• डिजिटल वॉटर लेवल कंट्रोलर स्टार्टर पेनल में मोटर की सुरक्षा के लिए इनबिल्ट ड्राई रन सुरक्षा है। उपयोगकर्ता मोटर रेटिंग के अनुसार ड्राई रन सेटिंग सेट कर सकते हैं।
  

• [DIGITAL DISPLAY] Water level pump controller has a dual display. It displays voltage, ampere, timer and fault of the motor.
• डिजिटल वॉटर लेवल कंट्रोलर स्टार्टर पेनल में dual डिस्प्ले है। यह वोल्टेज, एम्पीयर, टाइमर और मोटर में फाल्ट है तो वह डिस्प्ले करता है।
• [VOLTAGE PROTECTION] It has an inbuilt voltage protection device. Motor will turn off when the supply voltage is not within the range of overvoltage and undervoltage. It protects the motor from voltage fluctuation.
• इसमें एक इनबिल्ट वोल्टेज प्रोटेक्शन डिवाइस है। जब input वोल्टेज ओवरवॉल्टेज और अंडरवोल्टेज की सीमा के भीतर नहीं होगी तो मोटर बंद हो जाएगी। यह मोटर को वोल्टेज के उतार-चढ़ाव से बचाता है।
  
• [HEAVY DUTY CONTACTOR FOR STARTING TORQUE] Starting torque of the borewell motor is necessary for the regular operation. Starting torque creates the spike of the ampere. Due to this, a heavy duty contactor for the starting torque is required for the borewell submersible pump.

• [ISI WIRING] This starter panel uses the lug based ISI wiring. Ampere capacity of the wires used is 2x capacity of the rated ampere. ISI standard wires are recommended to use with the rated amperage as per HP rating of the motor. It is necessary to use the lug wiring with the power wiring for water pump application to ensure the long life of the motor.
• यह स्टार्टर पेनल में ISI वायरिंग का उपयोग किया है। उपयोग किए गए wire की एम्पीयर क्षमता से दो गुनी क्षमता के wire का उपयोग है। मोटर के लंबे समय तक चलाने रखने के पावर वायरिंग के साथ लग का इस्तमाल करना आवश्यक है।
• [USE OF TRANSFORMER COIL] It has inbuilt heavy quality transformer coil. Transformer coil isolates the main input power to the control unit. This increases the reliability, safety and life cycle of the control unit.
